Press Release 1/7/2020 – Reading Ranger February-March

Alamosa Public Library is pleased to bring you Reading Ranger, a partnership with Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve and the Alamosa Public Library! Reading Ranger is a traditional storytime program that introduces children to what Park Rangers do in their communities. The 40-minute program focuses on the Ranger’s passion for the library and, using books about the area’s plants, animals, cultures, history, sky, Great Sand Dunes, and the National Park service, seeks to inform children about the natural world right in their backyard!

One session will be held each month in January, February, and March at Alamosa Public Library.  The first session will be held on January 14, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. as a special Storytime event.  All ages are welcome! No registration is required.
