Weekends on the Rio Events this Sunday

ALAMOSA–Weekends on the Rio, a program of the Alamosa Parks and Recreation department, continues this weekend on Sunday, July 14. Activities are free to the public and will run every weekend from June 23-August 25 (with a break on August 4). The schedule will change slightly every week. This weekend’s activities will include:

Sunday, July 14

8-9:15 a.m. – Morning Walk2Connect @ Rio Grande Farm Park

10 a.m. – “Improv” Walk2Connect @ Rio Grande Farm Park

1 p.m.– Yoga in the Park @ Cole Park

3-6 p.m. – Standup Paddleboarding @ Blanca Vista Park

6 p.m. – Sundays at 6 Concert: SLV Big Band (Jazz and Big Band) @ Cole Park

6-6:45 p.m. – Storytime and Book Bike @ Cole Park

6:45 p.m. – Percussion Lessons (During Sundays at Six Intermissions)
