Press Release 5/7/2020 – Library Curbside Pick-Up
Alamosa Public Library knows many of you are in need of library materials. That is why the Library is excited to announce new curbside pick-up service in front of the Library.
It’s simple: Place a hold on items you’d like or call the library staff for help in choosing materials. The staff will prepare the materials for pick-up and call you when they are ready to make an appointment for pick-up. When you get to the library during your appointed time, call the library staff and they will bring the items out to a table while you wait in your vehicle. After staff goes back into the building you pick up your materials. That’s it!
For more information, please visit alamosalibrary.org/newsevents/specialprograms or call the library at (719) 589-6592.
If you do not have a library card, the Alamosa Public Library is offering temporary cards that allow you to access the Library’s online resources during the COVID-19 closure. Please visit alamosalibrary.org/resources/sign-up-for-a-temporary-card/ to get yours.
