Press Release 5/10/2019 – Roller Skate at the Multi-Use Pavilion
The City of Alamosa Parks and Recreation department invites the public to the grand opening of the Roller Rink on Friday, May 31 from 4-8 p.m. The event will take place in the Multi-Use Pavilion/Ice Rink next to the Alamosa Family Recreation Center. More activities for the evening are planned and will be announced soon.
Starting May 31, the pavilion will be open for public skating on Fridays from 4-8 p.m., Saturdays from 2-8 p.m., and Sundays from 4-8 p.m. If you have your own skates, passes are $3 for adults and $2 for youth, seniors, and students. Skate rentals + passes are $4 for adults and $3 for youth, seniors, and students. Rental skate sizes are limited and rented out on a first come, first served basis.
Thanks to the Alamosa Rotary Club, the Five Star Riders Car Club, and the Hoodlums Car Club for their donations toward the purchase of roller skates.
