Press Release 4/22/2019 – Stuffie Slumber Party at the Library
Alamosa Public Library invites you to bring your stuffed animal for bedtime stories and library lullabies on Friday, April 26 at 4:30 p.m.
The Stuffie Slumber Party is a great way to encourage our youngest citizens to use the library. Children (and their grown-ups, of course) can bring a stuffed animal to the library for bedtime stories and lullabies. There will be a fun storytime session on getting ready for bed. Then, we will tuck in the stuffed animals and say goodnight. The children can leave their stuffed animals sleeping soundly in the Story Room all night, and come back to the library on Saturday, April 27 at 10 a.m. to wake up their stuffed animals and have some breakfast snacks together! There will be some funny documentation of what the stuffed animals got up to while the library was closed.
BONUS: Saturday morning breakfast for you and your stuffed animal friend will be provided by the Women’s Citizenship Club of Alamosa!
