Press Release 3/9/2020 – First Street Construction Begins

Beginning today, Monday March 9, there will be single lane closures on First St. from Monterey Ave. to Bell Ave. for utility upgrades. That work will take around six weeks. After the utility upgrades are complete, expect intermittent full street closures as crews work to rebuild First St. through the summer months.
