Press Release 3/24/2020 – FREE Library Card for Online Use

We are closed, but we’ve not forgotten you!

The Alamosa Public Library is offering the community the opportunity to sign up for a free temporary library account online. Signing up will allow you to use our online resources, E-books, and E-audiobooks and much more. Go to www.alamosalibrary.org/resources and select “Sign up for a Temporary Card.” You will be notified within two business days with your card number and sign-in information. You may also call us at (719) 589-6592. A staff member will return your call, so please leave us a message.

FREE Online resources available:

E-books and e-audiobooks are available from Overdrive and Cloud Library – both of these resources have children’s books and audiobooks.  Overdrive even has videos for all ages!

If you have materials checked out, all items have been renewed until April 24.  Keep the materials at home.  We have locked the drop box and will not be receiving materials until further notice.
