Press Release 3/19/2020 – COVID-19 Billing Concerns

We know many in our community are being directly impacted by COVID-19, and some residents are feeling the effects financially. We do not want residents to fear their water being shut off.  The City of Alamosa will not turn off water during this time of emergency.  Meters will still be read and monthly bills will still be sent out.  For those who have been directly impacted financially by COVID-19, please contact the Finance Department at (719) 589-2593 to arrange a payment plan.
