Press Release 3/17/2020 – COVID-19 Closures

Effective March 17 at noon and until further notice, the Alamosa Family Recreation Center, the Multi-Use Pavilion/Ice Rink, and the Alamosa Public Library are closed to the public. Alamosa City Parks and the Cattails Golf Course will remain open for the time being.

We encourage each of you to make the best choice when using a public space, especially if you are in an at-risk category or caring for someone in an at-risk category. Thank you for your help in caring for our community.

Additionally, the offices located in City Hall, Public Works, Finance, and Municipal Court are only open to necessary City business. Please use the drop box in front of the building for utility payments, call, email, or pay online at www.cityofalamosa.org/departments/finance/. To pay Municipal Court fees, fines, and other payments, please use https://cityofalamosa.org/departments/municipal-court/ to pay online.

For more information about today’s closures, please contact the Recreation Center at (719) 589-2105 or the Library at (719) 589-6592. For information about permitting, sanitation, and other Public Works concerns, please call (719) 589-6631. City trash service is currently on schedule.
