Press Release 2/7/2020 – Friends of the Library Host Reception

Vol. 10 of Messages from the Hidden Lake

Friends of the Alamosa Public Library invite everyone to a reading and reception to celebrate the publication of the 11th volume of its literary and art collection, Messages from the Hidden Lake. The event will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 Hunt Ave., on Friday, February 21 starting at 7 p.m. The reception will include reading, signings, awards and refreshments. The reception is free and open to the public.

Friends of the Library and GFWC Woman’s Citizenship Club of Alamosa, which is providing refreshments, are sponsoring the reception. Dawn Krebs, Master of Ceremony, will lead the event.

“We so appreciate the authors, artists, and teachers who have made this edition a success” said Library Manager, Salai Taylor. “We are lucky to have such willing and amazing contributors in our community!”
