The Division’s mission is to enhance the hiring and employment process of each applicant and employee, and to provide value-added customer service to applicants, employees, vendors, and partners, while contributing positively to the bottom line of the City of Alamosa.

The Division seeks to enhance its processes through transparent and efficient practices, while remaining compliant in all legal areas of the human resource profession.
