If you are moving to Alamosa and want to have City of Alamosa water and sewage service, as well as refuse collection service, you must complete a City of Alamosa Utility Billing Account application and must present it in person at our office in City Hall. The City of Alamosa requires a $50.00 deposit, which will be refunded into your account after 12 months of timely payments. This deposit will be reimbursed if you happen to move out of the area before the 12-month enrollment period is over.

As a service to our clients, the City of Alamosa allows participation in the automatic drafting of your bill directly from your bank account. You may find that this option saves you time, and trouble, and saves the City a considerable amount in postage.
